Board Members Edward Gov ni, James <br /> Degan and Robert G. Felson were in attendance along with Associate Members Marshall <br /> A. Brem, Zella Elizenberry, Richard Guerrera and Frederick Borgeson. Mashpee <br /> Building Inspector Russell Wheeler also attended the meeting. <br /> Chairman Edward Gov ni brought the meeting to order at 7:0p.m. <br /> Elliot Rosenbuw. Requests a variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws t <br /> vary the setbacks in order to build an 1$'x20' carport over an existing driveway on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 17 Pontiac Road lap 125 Parcel 61 <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward Gvoni, Janes Degan, and Robert felon. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg telephoned the Z A office to notify us of his wish to withdraw his <br /> petition without prejudice. Jamie Regan makes a motion to accept the withdrawal.al. All <br /> agree. So moved. <br /> Parol A. and Angela L. uareia: Request a Special Permit.under Section 174-25(l)(9) <br /> of the ZoningBy-laws in order to construct, maintain and license a proposed pier, ramp <br /> float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 108 Wading Place Road (Map l 11 <br /> Parcel 107) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Cape and Islands Engineering request a two month extension to work out some issues. <br /> The Board motions to accept this request for continuance.
