The <br /> Board makes a motion to accept this continuance. All agree. So moved. <br /> Arlene and Donald erne: Requests a variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws in order to construct a two bedroom house and to vary the setback requirement on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 99 Monomoseoy Road (Map 120 Parcel 45) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward Govoni, James Regan, and Robert Nelson. <br /> Atttorney Rob Mills faxed over a letter stating his intention to withdraw his petition <br /> without prejudice. Mr. Regan makes a notion to accept the withdrawal. All agree. So <br /> moved. <br /> Meetin mouse Partners Development, LLC: Request a Comprehensive Permit under <br /> M.G.L. Chapter 40B and Is seeking relief from Sections 174-21, 1 - ' , 174-28 and <br /> Article X11--Mashpee River District of the Zoning By-laws to develop twelve house lots, <br /> 3 which will be developed as affordable housing and sola to first time home buyers, on <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 30 Meetinghouse Road (Map 36 Parcel 30 <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Paul Glynn has requested 15 minutes of the Board's time to present the <br /> paperwork the Board had requested of him at the meeting on December 18, 2002. 1 r. Joe <br /> Valle, the developer gives a short presentation of the lots with the "envelopes"the board <br /> had asked for. This shows how the houses and possible garages will look on the lots and <br /> their respective setback. Additionally, Mr. 'Valle has expanded the driveways to <br /> accommodate the 4 ears whether or not there is a garage on the property. This will <br /> address the concerns the Fire Chief had with any potential on street parking, The Board <br /> is given the present market values and potential profit margin Mr. Valle had done. Mr. <br /> Regan again motes that he believes there is a huge gap between what Mr. Valle proposes <br /> the market valve douses will sell for and what is actually going on in the present market. <br /> He feels this must be addressed in order tO proceed. This will also increase the <br /> possibility ofa t' house in the affordable section.
