Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes January 8, 200 <br /> in order to construct a 22' x 22' garage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> A.nnawon Load (Map 65 Parcel 8A) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward Govoni, James Regan and Robert Nelson. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. They are <br /> seeking to relief from the required front setbacks, sideyard setbacks and their undersized <br /> lot in order to build a garage. Petitioner feels the expansion of this non-conforming . <br /> structure is not more detrimental to the neighborhood. The Board of Health has said no <br /> on the bedroom over the garage. Mr. Wheeler informs the Petitioner that the Board o <br /> Health will have to sign off on the permit no matter what happens. Ferry Luff, Architect, <br /> tells the Board that he has drawn a six-foot opening and there are only 2 bedrooms <br /> existing in the main dwelling at this time. The property has a permit for 3 bedrooms and <br /> this bedroom over the garage will total 3 not 4 bedroom. Mr. Slavinsky informs the <br /> Board there was a prior building permit issued and the hydric soil is an issue as well. The <br /> Board moves to grant the following: <br /> a variance of 19 feet on the front <br /> - a variance of 4.3 feet on the side <br /> a variance of 30,805 square feet with respect to the undersized lot. <br /> This Decision is conditioned on architectural plans from Terry Huff of Osterville, 1 A <br /> dated November '7, 2002 and Engineering plans from Cape & Islands, File 154 ILIA, <br /> dated December 9, 2002. <br /> Alan Meltzer and Amy J. Meltzer, Trust Sunset Circle Real 'Trust :. Request a <br /> Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws in order to construct a house <br /> addition, deck addition, driveway alteration, utilities and Title v Septic System on <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 51 Sunset Circle Map 64 Parcel 24 and 25) <br /> Mashpee, IIA. <br /> AND <br /> Alan 1 elt er and Amv J.
