Board Members Jaynes Regan and Robert <br /> G. Nelson were in attendance along with Associate Members Z lla Elizenberry, Richard <br /> Gu rrera and Frederick Borgeson. Mashpee pee Building Inspector Russell Wheeler also <br /> attended the meeting. <br /> Vice Chairman James Regan brought the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Associate Member Fred Borgeson' reads a letter of resignation to the Board for the record. <br /> Fetter is attached to the minutes. The Board regretfully motions to accept Mr. <br /> urges n's resignation. Motion is seconded. So moved. Fetter to be delivered to all <br /> concerned parties. <br /> Edmond Clermont: bequest a Special Permit under Section 174-2 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws in order to demolish an existing house and build a new house on property located in <br /> ars R-5 zoning district at One Sunset Circle Map 64 Parcel 3 Mashpee, IIIA. Mr. Kirrane informs the Board that the Clermorrts are the current owner of <br /> record and that the purchase has gone through. Mr. I irrane further informs the Board <br /> that the Petitioner has worked closely with the direct mutters (the Shaw"s to work out a <br /> mutually agreeable situation, thus the previous continuance. Mr. Shag addresses the <br /> Board as well. I�e felt that since he had to adhere to strict zoning when he built his house <br /> that it was only fair that the Clermonts should as well. The Clermonts have moved some <br /> things around to suit everyone's wishes and Mr. Shaw wishes to express his support for <br /> the proposed construction. The Board thanks Mr. Shaw for working everything out <br /> before the hearing with Mr. Clermont.
