They are <br /> seeking ing tear down an existing deck and replace it with a closed in addition. Although the <br /> same footprint will be used, according to current zoning, the lot is undersized and the <br /> setbacks creed relief. Petitioner also feels this is not more detrimental to the <br /> neighborhood. The Board moves to grant the Special Permit and the following <br /> Variances: <br /> } <br /> - a 67,500 square foot variance for lot size <br /> - a 50 foot Variance for lot size relief <br /> - 17.6 foot variance on the side lot lire. <br /> All agree. They are requesting a special permit in <br /> order to erect a sign for Rockland Trust Bank that will exceed the 20 square foot limit. <br /> The proposed sign is 40 square feet and is allowable under the current zoning with a <br /> Special Permit. The Board discusses some tree buffers and moves to grant the Special <br /> Permit for the sign not to exceed 40 square feet. All agree. So moved. Board moves to <br /> amend the application to Section 174-5 1 Q. <br />
