Town Counsel —Attomey Jay Tallerman was in attendance for the Chapter <br /> matter as well as Mashpee Building Inspector Mussell wheeler also attended the <br /> meeting. <br /> Vice Chairman Jaynes Regan brought the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Nairne Rol e : Requests a variance from Section 174-31 ofthe Zoning By-laws to vary <br /> the front and side setbacks to a corner lot in order to add a 2 ' x 2 ' garage to an existing <br /> house on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 20 Windsor way (Map 29 Parcel <br /> 165) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James Regan, Zella Elizenberry and Marshall Brem. <br /> Jamie Romkey represents himself He is requesting a variance of 9 feet on the side lot <br /> line in order to build a garage. His house is currently permitted for 3 bedroom. He is <br /> rearranging the current use of one of the bedrooms to have a 6 foot eased opening and <br /> then will add a bedroom over the new garage thus still keeping his bedroom limit to 3. <br /> The Board realizes his plot plan is not current and puts a condition on this variance to <br /> have a certified plot plan done and given to the Building Department before his permit is <br /> picked up. There is also a condition of approval from the Board of Health upon a final <br /> site visit to ensure proper number of bedrooms.s. Mr. Brem rooves to grant the Variance of <br /> feet with the above-referenced conditions. Zella Elizenberry seconds the notion. All <br /> agree. So moved.
