Mashp e Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes February 26, 2003 <br /> 3 <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 30 Meetinghouse Road Map 36 Parcel 30) <br /> M shpee, MA. <br /> The Board met again with Attorney haul Glynn, Developer Joe Valle, Attorney Jay <br /> Tallerman, Engineer Charles Rowley, a consultant for the Town and Engineer for the <br /> Developer Dave Thulin. Mr. Valle presented the newly revised drainage plans as well as <br /> ranch design for the Board to review. The Board, Attorney Tallrrnan and Attorney <br /> Glynn discussed the option of a fourth house being available to middle income applicant <br /> and all or most of the market hones to be offered to Town employees, police, fire and <br /> teachers first. There will be one lottery for this project and Mr. Valle guessed completion <br /> to be perhaps by Enid 2004. Mr. Rowley submitted a letter commenting on Mr. Thulin <br /> revised plans. 1r. Rowley then went over point by point all of his comments on the <br /> plans with the Board. Both engineers were in agreement and Mr. Valle agreed to the <br /> comments and suggestions by Mr. Rowley. The affordable houses will go be sold for <br /> approximately $150,000 - $180,000. The Board agrees lot numbers 1, 12, 4 and 6, 7 or <br /> will be deemed the affordabl s. The Board also decides to have Mr. Rowl y's final <br /> inspection tie in with the acquisition of the building permit. Mr. wheeler agrees this is a <br /> good idea. Thea was a discussion of posting a bond and for what purposes. Marshall <br /> Brern suggested a bond to cover the project should Mr. Valle not finish the project for <br /> some reason. Mr. Tall rman told the Board that the bond is usually just for securing the <br /> infrastructure of the project such as roads and utilities. Mr. Glynn asks the Board to close <br /> the meeting for further testimony. The Board agrees.. All agree. So moved. Mr. <br /> Tall rrnan sugge ted one more meeting ofthe Board to go over the project again and <br /> move closer to a decision. <br /> zi The Board moved to accept the minutes from February 12, 2003. All agree.
