Vice Chairman James Regan and Clerk <br /> Robert Nelson along with Associate Members Marshall Br m, Zella Elizenberry and <br /> Richard Guerrera were in attendance. Mashp e Building Inspector Russell wheeler also <br /> attended the meeting. ,. <br /> 4 <br /> Vice Chairman Janes Regan brought the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> Mr. Regan calls for Davenport Realty Trust. Attorney Rob lulls states that his client is <br /> running late and could they call another hearing. <br /> Pau A. and Angela L. Sguar i : Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25(1)(9) <br /> of the Zoning By-laws in order to construct, maintain and license a proposed pier, rain <br /> float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 108 wading Place RoadMap 11 l <br /> Parcel 107) Mashpoe, MA. <br /> ANIS <br /> Paul Snuar�e�Requests a Variance from Section 174-25(1)(9) of the Zoning By-laws <br /> in order to construct, maintain and license a dock facility. The dock will extend 87 feet <br /> from mean high water on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 108 Wading Place <br /> Road Ip 111 Parcel 107) Iashpee, lA. <br /> Sitting; Janes Regan, Zella Eli enberry and Marshall Brenn. <br /> Dave Saniei of Cape & Islands represents the petitioner. After many continuances and <br /> neighbor disagreements, the petitioner along with Habormaster Perry Ellis and direct <br /> abutter Eric Peterson feels this proposed dock shits the needs of triose involved. The <br /> initial shorter dock that was first proposed was made longer by the Harbormaster because <br /> Mr. Ellis felt the huts would not be conflicting with the existing moorings. They are <br /> seeping a Special Perrnit and a variance to install an 7-foot dock at 108 wading Place <br /> Road. <br /> Those in opposition with letters included in the file are: <br /> Keith Bernard F.
