Keats Boyd, Jr. in opposition to this matter. H
speaks for Bernards, viles and Iubinsly's who all feel the same way and submits his
report to the Board for their review. Mr. Butler states that his client feels the proposed
dock will significantly impair the traffic in the cove, and substantially exceeds the
dimensional requirements set forth in current zoning. They further believe the dock as
proposed will greatly impact the beauty of the cove as well as the enjoyment of the cove
for all surrounding neighbors and the public. It also will create a safety hazard to smaller
boats, watercraft and adults and children swimming.
Mr. Viles spoke in opposition to this dock as well. He and his wife currently enjoy the
unobstructed view of the incoming boats etc. and he feels this dock will inhibit his
incapacitated wife from enjoying this.
Mr. ' eksa.k spoke in opposition to this dock. He believes the problematic moorings
should be moved and therefore the dock would become shorter.
IVIS. Iescoteaux, who represents the Bright Coves Residents, informs the Board that
although they have decided not to officially vote against this dock, they would like the
neighbors to work things out in an amicable manner assuming all permits are in place.
.After much discussion between the Board and interested parties, Mr. Regan informs Mr.
Sanick to either re-design the dock , tell Conservation that this dock is too long or
somehow work things out with the neighbors. There are too many unhappy immediate
abutters and that needs to be addressed. The Board moves to continue this matter until
t
