"Alright <br /> Mrs. Anderson: "In February the Board said to go back to the o' eilll " <br /> TC: `Alright. And I'm looking a letter dated February 14th, that says, 'as of <br /> this date we have not received plans for up.-dating your failed cesspool. to Title V. <br /> Your letter of October 14, 1983 stated that you were trying to raise money to have <br /> your system taken care of. You were not only told by this department of your failed <br /> system byt also by two pumpers, Mr. Labute and R . Mani . The B H is now givilng you <br /> 14 days from the date you receive this letter to have your plans submitted to them for <br /> approval or they will have to dondemn your property until the system is updated.
