page 21, Minutes, Meeting, 7/16/84 <br /> Mrs. Anderson: "Yes,, I did*" <br /> 40 TC: "I've got a. copy of a letter here which seems to indicate that you had written <br /> him, the reevent part of it won't read the whole letter says, 'We have not <br /> received any plans from Mr. Labute up-dating your septic system can't make it out <br /> because you've got the little, a, copy of .something over here) but, assured me when <br /> talked to you on the 21st of September, and again over-the ph ase, that this health <br /> hazard would be taken care of within a couple of weeks, 1 spoke with .C. Labute <br /> office today and was informed that you had not contacted them to make a contract with <br /> then 'to the necessary work to eliminate the overflow of septage from your system. <br /> You now have 48 hours from receipt of this letter to take caxe of the problem; if you <br /> haN-e -air graestions{ please do not hesitate to call this office, 'do you remember sending <br /> that letter?, and do you rembmber receiving a reply 5,1,4a'e orally or in writing from <br /> . O'Neill?" <br /> Mrs. Anderson: " believe that we received another letter from Mr. 'Neill..ft <br /> k <br /> TC: "Is that the one dated Nov. 8th, 1983?" <br /> Mrs. O'Neill: "We had a contract with Mr. Labute."
