page 21, Minutes, Meeting, 7/16/84 Mrs. Anderson: "Yes,, I did*" 40 TC: "I've got a. copy of a letter here which seems to indicate that you had written him, the reevent part of it won't read the whole letter says, 'We have not received any plans from Mr. Labute up-dating your septic system can't make it out because you've got the little, a, copy of .something over here) but, assured me when talked to you on the 21st of September, and again over-the ph ase, that this health hazard would be taken care of within a couple of weeks, 1 spoke with .C. Labute office today and was informed that you had not contacted them to make a contract with then 'to the necessary work to eliminate the overflow of septage from your system. You now have 48 hours from receipt of this letter to take caxe of the problem; if you haN-e -air graestions{ please do not hesitate to call this office, 'do you remember sending that letter?, and do you rembmber receiving a reply 5,1,4a'e orally or in writing from . O'Neill?" Mrs. Anderson: " believe that we received another letter from Mr. 'Neill..ft k TC: "Is that the one dated Nov. 8th, 1983?" Mrs. O'Neill: "We had a contract with Mr. Labute."
