he had been employed to draw up plans, he had pumped the system Ibelieve."
Mr. O'Neill: "He had not employed to draw up plans, he, I asked him to give us a
FB: "OK, l have here a,Metter and a mote from Barnstable County
Health Department, July 6th 18 4.
On July 6. 1984, 1 received a request from Mr. Thomas O'Neill to inspect
his property at 8:25 Heath Way in Mashpee. The purpose of the inspection
was to ver i' r that sewage was not present or being discharged on top of
the ground on his lot. This letter is to inform you that at this time
sewage was not on top of the ground, nor was there Ind I ation of recent
overflow. I did, however, note that the leaching pit was ne r ly full-'
.and advised the o er to have the system pumped since an overflow seemed.
imminent*
Due to the entire sequence of events regarding the property and the
apparent contentions regarding repairs ordered by the Mashpee Board
of Health, 1 advised the owner to petition the Board for a hearing on
these matters, since any misunderstanding can best be clarif ed by
them. In the interim prior to repair, I advised the owner to pump
the system at hhe required frequency which will avoid an overflow.
If you have any questions regarding this matter,, pleasd do not
hesitate to ask,
