Solid Waste Workshop, Nov,. 14 , Holyoke Community College, <br /> 8 : 30 a.m. , the Board suggested that the Agent attend if ' it would not <br /> interfere with percolation tests or any other pertinent duties; after <br /> perusing the agenda for the workshop, the Board suggested that letera- <br /> ture be obtained so that the Agent could remain in the office or what- <br /> ever schedule she is working on. Town Planner, Tom Fudula expressed a <br /> desire to attend. <br /> *Letter from Charles Spohr re* plat 50 wam ano g Avenue, certification <br /> that- septic system at plat 43 is more than 100 foot required location <br /> from proposed well re-location at plat 51 . BOARD UNANIMOUSLY VOTED T <br /> GRANT RELOCATION OF WELLS IN THE AREA To REALIZE PLAT 50 AS BUILDABLE, <br /> Officeset-up with Building, Inspector,' delayed comments until later, will <br /> continue with Agenda as written. <br /> Burial permits on weekends, question by local undertaker re: obtaining <br /> said permit on weekends . The Board voted to sena a rote to chief Frye <br /> saying that we were leaving Burial permits with the Police Station <br /> signed, } would his department issue these permits if necessary over week- <br /> end periods. To be signed Charles H. Lawrence, <br /> Report Nonie on 85 old Mill Rd. , Tremblett property (mobile home) left <br /> with debris strewn around with unsanitary cesspool conditions . on 5/27/8; <br /> Joseph Murphy, for Selectmen had written to Christine Trem lett renewing <br /> permit to Oct 6, 1983, original permit issued because of house fire at <br /> this property, allowing Trembletts to dwell in mobilo home until re- <br /> building of their home, which was never done) . Board asked that Agent <br /> should be instructed that if she feels there is a health hazard there <br /> to advise Executive Sec of same, to he posted, inform Trembletts and <br /> the Building Inspector of same. - SUBSEQUENT To THIS MEETING A REGISTERED <br /> LETTER WAS SENT To ASSESORS MAILING ADDRESS IN HYANNIS, RETURNED AS UN- <br /> DELIVERABLE. <br /> Letters to Shellfish warden from Robert Fagan re: Great River & Little <br /> River in wauoit Bay. Results of testing show that they meet the re- <br /> quirements for Shell fishing. NOTED <br /> Civil Defense meeting, Thursday, 10/2/84 at 7 :30 p.m. , it was noted by <br /> Tom Fudula that it could not be Thursday it must he Tuesday, due to date. <br /> .Larence to attend, please advise. <br /> Influenza for Town employees, memoinserted ire pay envelope advising of <br /> immunization 10/24/84- 1 : 00-3 : 00 p.m. <br /> Memo to Selectmen advising them of Board of Health meeting with Weston <br /> and Sampson October 15, 1984 at 6 : 45 p.m. , invited to attend, it was im- <br /> possible for Weston & Sampson to meet with Selectmen according to Fred <br /> iino after contacting Mr. Murphy. <br /> Letter from Kevin Kirrane re: Beechwood Point, requesting a letter to be <br /> seat to Planning Board, NOTED <br /> Request from Sep-Tech, Inc. (David JP Burnie for permit to pump cess cot c. <br /> in Town, declined where there is a limit imposed, and the currently li- <br /> censed pumpers reach that limit repeatedly and the with the distance in- <br /> volved between Chatham and Mashpee, the Board does not deem it wise to <br /> issue a permit to another pumper. <br />
