<br /> Well ermlots : No . permit is to be issued for repairs if the well is not
<br /> relocated, point, pipe, motor and pump are considered repair and not to
<br /> e chanced for as lona as the location of that well and by location
<br /> means the depth also, if they have to dig down further they would have
<br /> to pull permit and pay fee.
