Mr. Friel ..eplaine.d that earlier 'horn Counsel decisions had directed' the Board to +use the Special Permit. Ir . Friel said he thought the Town has an obligation to give taxpayers proper advice . He said that mistakes had been made in surveying. Mr , Gildea referred to a demo from Town Counsel Donesi to Tom Fudala which stated that the .Tones property may be entitled to the separate lot protection but a review of the ownership history is necessary to make this determination, He said the deeds proved that the lots were purchased at different times , Mr , Gildea explained that the douse and garage existed on .i .... Lot 32 when it was purchased -in .September,. .196 0,,,... Lots. 3 and 31 were purchased in October, 1961 . Mr, Friel moved t grant the Permit. There was no second. Mr .
