How does the agency define a unit of service? <br /> S. How any unduplicated Mashpee residents are serviced? <br /> 6, What is the overall agency budget? <br /> 7. What percentage of their budget does the Town contract represent? <br /> 8. What specific services provided to Mashpee residents would be cut if the contract <br /> funding were reduced or eliminated? <br /> 9. Do you receive any additional local funding? <br /> 10. What need does the agency identify as a need or priority in Mashpee? <br /> Motion: Lynne Waterman moved that the Director type up the list of questions as <br /> discussed and forward them ahead of time to the head of the agencies before they <br /> come into the Human Services Committee meeting, seconded by Mary Bradbury. <br /> Vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> Update on the Mashpee Substance Use Task Force <br /> The Director reviewed the Substance Use Task Force Budget and the plans for the media <br /> campaign. She praised all the wonderful groups that have donated food for the Drop-1n <br /> Nights. Cape Cod Coffee has agreed to be the coffee sponsor for the next year and she is <br /> looking into a possible food sponsor. <br /> Director's Report <br /> The Director reviewed her report highlighting she is working on hoarding issues and <br /> mental health issues. <br /> Mary Bradbury inquired about the status of the mobile food deliveries. It was noted St. <br /> Vincent DePaul is working on this. The Director reported the toy drive at the Boys and <br /> Girls Club was a success. <br /> NEXT MEETING SCHEDULE—Thursday, January 18, 2018 <br /> Motion: Veronica Warden moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mary <br /> Bradbury. Vote unanimous 4-0 Meeting adjourned 2:45 p.m. <br />
