Wilson, Charles F . Buckingham <br /> 1 . Minutes of 9/4/85 meeting accepted as written, due to the number of <br /> .pages they consisted of, the Board members perused thea, to be read in <br /> detail at hone and if changes to be made, Secretary will be informed. <br /> Motion CFB, second RLW. <br /> 2. warrants signed. <br /> . CFB had call rade to Town Clerk at hone to inquire about a fora she <br /> had left in office, Exhibit 'A' . <br /> 4 . Memo from Town Accountant re : payment for non employess as guests <br /> at Barnstable County Health Meeting, 3/18/85. CFB & RLw will pay for <br /> their spouses. <br /> . Letter from Board of Appeals re: Zaglakas project off Central Road. <br /> This Board had requested designation of wells to septics and MDC drains <br /> the request had been net. Mrs. Thomas had sent a letter to Appeals ex- <br /> pressing concern with regards to proximity of Landfill and the salt shed <br /> of this Project. CFB motioned that a letter to Appeal-s. "Should there <br /> be any questions in their minds of duality of water, the developer should <br /> be requested to drill test wells on lot1 n.w/lot #1 s .e . /lot #9 -in bog <br /> area due west, seeing that Selectwoman Thomas has expressed concern, this <br /> would alleviate any concern of hers, this would not be an unreasonable re- <br /> quest of developer. Second RLw. <br /> 6 . Memo, regarding request for deleted portion of original budget. TO BE <br /> TABLED UNTIE, NEXT MEETING WHEN AGENT IS AVAILABLE. <br /> 7. Memo from Tian Hennigan re: Lagoons. CFB STATED THAT WOULD TAKE HALF <br /> THE MONIES REQUESTED IN ITEM #6 ABOVE. <br /> 8 . Ltr. to DEQE from Vernon Thomas re: closing of antuit ' River. NOTED* <br /> 9 . Report on coliform Santuit River, samples taken by Judy Giorgio,THE <br /> BOARD REQUESTS THAT JUDY E I NATE IN A MEMO THE AREA FROM WHICH TEST WAS <br /> MADE. <br /> 18 . Letter from M Langley, Wheeler Rd, abutters of Lot 20 for coffin,, <br /> disputing distances of sta Ings for system. BOARD REQUESTS A LETTER To <br /> BE SENT TO JOHN SLAVINS , CAFE & ISLANDS SURVEYING WITH A COPY of THE <br /> LANGLEY LETTER. <br /> 11 . Letter from Leo Decoteau, requesting info on what type -of Agents, Work- <br /> shops <br /> or - <br /> sh ps to be run this conning year. REFER T : i ONIE. <br /> 12 . Material from Mashpee Conservation Trust, NOTED <br /> 13 , Letter from Weston & Sampson to Director, DE E, Division of waterPol- <br /> lution Control, revision as requested by DE E. This is with regards to <br /> the scope of work and level of effor for the Mashpee Facilities Plan for <br /> Wastewater Management. To BE TAKEN HOME BY BOARD AND STUDIED. <br />
