Buckingham <br /> Warrants signed. <br /> Minutes of 2/24/86 meeting with addendum approved as written. <br /> Minutes of 3/3/86 meeting not approved pending the Board members <br /> studying the verbatim text of the . appearance of Morris Kirsner. <br /> 1 , A letter from-County Health Department was introduced with re- <br /> gards to the testing of two new. wells (driller Michael Leary) at <br /> Lots 3 & 5 High Sachem Road. due to .the high concentration of iron <br /> and a strong odor the BCHD Laboratory Director decided to run the <br /> samples through the gas chronometer. The results were -excessive <br /> levels of 1 , 1 Dichloroethene, 1 , 1 Dichloroethane, 1 , 1 , 1 Trichlor- <br /> oethane, <br /> ri hlor-oethane, Upon advice given -to Mr. Buckingham by ' tetson Hall, a <br /> choice of two avenues could -be taken: <br /> a. No well to be approved unless volatile and- standard tes- <br /> ting were done, or, <br /> b-.
