Mr <br /> Wilson had to request that heated discussions between McKay and Virgilio <br /> 4MPstopped re: road drainage. It was generally accepted than pollution <br /> 2 the river has not been ascertained and that the river flows downstream <br /> hours per day and it ' s salt water. CF'B suggested that McKay contact <br /> Coastal Zone Management. <br /> 14 .
