She expressed the opinion that,the Board might want to meet with the people aril io them of the action they plan to take and also said that the Board might be remiss not taking some official action now that the Board is in possession of the letter nad that they should not b using the water for any purpose; it is the responsibility of the BOH to -take sora action on that.
