Miller had been before Board recently <br /> to answer complaint of abutter, White, stating he was pumping onto open ground, at that time Miller <br /> .ag reed to install dry well; now Miller i s.comp l ar i n i ng that White is washing Vehicles adj ac nt to <br /> the Miller well. CHL felt the situation should be ignored for awhile and' CFB agreed.. MERE <br /> THEN VIEWED PLAN THAT WAS BROUGHT IN BY MILLER SHOWING THE POSITION OF THE WHITE LEACHING FIELD. <br /> 9. Gould again and see whether he wants to see the maps or whether <br /> he wants to come`down and go out to the area and look at it physically. The Chair said we would <br /> get a driller and send the billto the Selectmen or is it the Water Comissioners, CFB said he <br /> would like to talk to the Exec Sec as he was at the meting and he understands the feeling of the <br /> Selectmen. The Chair said he had spoken to W. Mdrphy last Tuesday and he questioned some of <br /> 'these things' and he was advised by W. Murphy that as long as there was a Board of Water <br /> Comissioners on board and functioning, that's whose.resp n i i 1 iter it is. "Now, once the BOH <br /> lie shunts awn and does its' pant that's when the BOH can stop.
