Discussion on Miller problem, South Sandwich Road. W. Miller had been before Board recently to answer complaint of abutter, White, stating he was pumping onto open ground, at that time Miller .ag reed to install dry well; now Miller i s.comp l ar i n i ng that White is washing Vehicles adj ac nt to the Miller well. CHL felt the situation should be ignored for awhile and' CFB agreed.. MERE THEN VIEWED PLAN THAT WAS BROUGHT IN BY MILLER SHOWING THE POSITION OF THE WHITE LEACHING FIELD. 9. Discussion on whether, or not, Clerk had written letter to Agent request i n that she adv i se Se l tmen and this Board of her intentions of either return i ng to work or applying for Word i nTen s Corpensation. THIS LETTER WAS WRITTEN AND GIVEN TO MRS. ANDERSON'S SON,-THURSDAY, 4/23/87 W.1-TH No FORTHCOMING REPLY. 10. Mr. Buc4rngham advise the Chair that he had been in contact with W. CFB to meet w i th Mike ke Hai Ion on Thursday 4/30 at 2:00 p.m., 'Mike will verify maps and locate the well could be placed. CFB said he thought we should then get it touch with W. Gould again and see whether he wants to see the maps or whether he wants to come`down and go out to the area and look at it physically. The Chair said we would get a driller and send the billto the Selectmen or is it the Water Comissioners, CFB said he would like to talk to the Exec Sec as he was at the meting and he understands the feeling of the Selectmen. The Chair said he had spoken to W. Mdrphy last Tuesday and he questioned some of 'these things' and he was advised by W. Murphy that as long as there was a Board of Water Comissioners on board and functioning, that's whose.resp n i i 1 iter it is.
