L . , Chapter 21E Release of Hazar- <br /> dous Material , Private Well Contamination , Asher ' s Path . <br /> CFB: "I understood the County made the tests in July." <br /> GRC; "Anyway you can call and f i rid out? <br /> CFB: "Susan Bershad was to have received a letter from Marina'." <br /> Elias has phoned the cty and is speaking to Stetson, Elias thea stated, "He had advised <br /> ,you they couldn't perform the first round of tests." <br /> Mr. Buckingham thea. took the phone and spoke'to Stetson, he then reports <br /> ■ <br /> "DEE called Stetson in the first part of July and he told them at that time that due <br /> to pressure they could not perform during the week of July 14th but that they coui.Id at. <br /> a subsequent period of time,, be able,torfit it within the schedule; they sewed at that <br /> time to him as though they were'nt sure then whether they would conduct their own sannp- <br /> ling or whether they would allow Barnstable to came in at a later, than the agreed week. <br /> He had asked them at that time whether they could use the headspace analysis which is <br /> what EPA has been using and they were t ,get back t 'him with a response because that <br /> would be quicker and would give ups the indication that we need whether or not further <br /> testing and deeper lab work is ru i red, they've never gotten back to him on that; he <br /> thought that he had,.-,,spoken"- with a Larry Day i n ' from Lakeville. He feels that the <br /> question of cost is" amthing that should be pressed with them," <br /> (Note: Mr. Costa to present this to the Board of Selectrrm at their meeting tonight <br /> 4. He then related that Elias had called him with t - <br /> Iation to the hearing scheduled for Angelos/Purity Supreme and CFB agreed that 'we' give thea <br /> an extension of time. Purity is having vacations and the hearing could be rescheduled to the <br /> first opportunity that Purity has. Scheduled tentatively for sept 14th if agrxeed to. <br /> S. Discussion re: meeting self on trash pick up, CFD will now be free on Wednesday <br /> evenings to accomWate a meeting.
