Plans for 83 devonshire show the distance to be 1351 , upon his first call <br /> he said it sas closer to 100' and then on second call he said he'd found his plot <br /> plan and it was 1351 . He then came to the office and we were unsuccessful in lo- <br /> cating a file for his address. Back in again Tuesday to find out about an appeal <br /> process and I advised him that I was a clerk and was not appointed to discuss a <br /> legal thing, he stated he would have his lawyer come in there is no such thing as <br /> a 'no appeal ' situation.
