If the tank should leak and the dealer has 'not notified us that the tank was unregi stered when they delivered they are l i able for the cleanup. EAM if we start calling people i n before ore the Board-and this gets out, noone will voluntarily register their tanks and we'll have to re 1 y on the dealers notifying us.
