Chair asked to inquire w/Reardon as to status of his review of the Prvate Well Regulation submitted to him on 3/31/88. Research submitted by alloy's neighbor on Whip- poorwill hip- po r ill circle. BOH adopted regu 1 at i ori on 1182 which states "one lot- one well". EAM stated that the neighbor heard the discussion when Malloy was in that through an easement ( alloy may be able to bring potable water to#166. FB informed him of the berms in. the DPW Bldg to prevent salt intrusion into the groundwater. It's supposed to be stored and mined inside the bldg. It was a struggle to have the pile moved from th senior Center and when the new bldg was cep l eted, it was to be stored in it according to the State Reg s. 12. Title Variance request 23 dace bon '9 Jackbon Rd. and decided that although the sideline variance are toward open space, the Owners f the open space should be granted the opportunity of a hearing to voice their opposition to such a variance.
