EV handed out an outline of the St i cher Sa 1 e Procedure to BOH. EV stated that he wants 3 forms of ID: .Vehicle Reg, Copy of tax bi11 and driver's license, These must coincide. He also feels that the 15 charge should apply only once/household; each customer will be given a receipt. EV stated that immediately following this Arte ting he ori l l be meeting b rby to discuss selling the beach, s he l l f i h, dump and "various Other stickers" at the.DPW bldg. His staff can sell stickers'seven days a week, o interfering w/office work at the DPW. Elf' wanted to know if DOH agrees w/requiring all B types of ID. GRC asked EV to give the BOH the receipt boobs so that we start the same way as the DPW will be using after 7/1/88, E stated he wasn't ready until 7/1/8B. EV will give the BOH the recept books which must be numbered.. E stated that he had same suggestions for rules bort that because of hi JIFand meeting upstairs this can wait for next week. EAM made him an appointment for 3 pm 5/31/88. estioned what changes, as Its the BOH who Makes changes at the landfill, EV replled that thea are very changes herd like to institute. EAM questioned whether Board was going to met net Tuesday since bnday is a Holiday. Board voted to meet next Tuesday starting at Bprn. EV reassured the BOH that he would have everyth i rig here by next Tuesday. 12. Copy, letter EA1 to DEE r ; Private Well Supply. EAM stated that this is copy of letter sent to DEE following phone conversation wl George Howland in which he stated that it is not the # of clieTTts or; patients that is important it -is the# of regular employees which can't go over 25 if served by a private well. DEE letter to Doug Boyd is sahat contrdictory, in one paragraph they talk about 3 af people serviced by the well and in another they talk about # of employees. EAM stated that he got it straightened out over the phon but wants conf i r mat i on in writing, thus the letter. GRC stated that if this info is correct Dr Silva carr build as long as he has under 25 Flo ees. EAM stated that he would still have the limit of 15 plumbing fixtures however, CRC-- we had beeno telling hire that the total, employees and patients cannot exceed 25.
