Gree l i sh <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 25. ) Copy, Preliminary project application, Landfill capping grant by -Weston <br /> Sampson - The Board acknowledged receiving a copy of the solid waste <br /> transfer station which shall be kept on file. <br /> 26-. ) Memo,, E ecutive Secretary RE: Transfer Station The Board acknowledged <br /> receiving a -copy of the preliminary design report for the solid waste <br /> transfer station. • <br /> 27, ) Memo, Laura Graves re: Stump Burial - Mr. costa stated Ms. Graves <br /> inspected the prpoerty with the Building inspector, He suggested a <br /> copy of the report be forwarded to D.E. .E* . Mr. costa ar d-=fir. - Qua i <br /> stated they are both in agreeancewith- the report however Mr. McQuaid <br /> explained to the Board that a Selectmen lives in the surrounding area <br /> and has had problems.-with this development and suggested the Board send <br /> to D.E. .E* a copy of the report along with a copy of the complaint and <br /> if we are advised by them to pursue this complaint we will . <br /> Mr. Wilson motioned to forward a copy of the report and complaint to <br /> D.E,Q.E. , 1r. Greelih seconded, all agreed. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Uncle Percy's Road - Mr. McQuaid stated a letter was received from an <br /> abutter on Uncle Remy' s Road where the abutters had either rove their wells <br /> 100 feet from the proposed leaching or this Board would require proof that <br /> the abutters we supplied water by Highwood Water Company. He stated that con- <br /> firmation has been received from Highwood that all the abutters except one are <br /> supplied water by them and from that one person a signed statement has been re- <br /> ceived <br /> - <br /> cei ed stating they will connect into the, water system in May 1988. He stated <br /> this abutter noticed this hole was excavated ori this lot and this hole is filled <br /> with water and the abutter is concerned whether this lot is a buildable lot and <br /> whether or not the owner will have to fill this lot to a point where it would <br /> RV <br />
