APPOINTMENTS <br /> E R I E v I R I L I o - Landfill operation Mr. Virgilio was no "i n attendance <br /> for this appointment. <br /> LOUIS MINNERELLA - Peddler's permit Mr. Greet isb presented Mr. Minnerella <br /> copies of letters to other peddler' s from h Board of Health p 1 a I n i n <br /> tern requirements, Mr. Gree l i s p explained to Mr. Minnerella that there are <br /> few requirements for peddler's in this town , however sanitary requirements <br /> rust be met and furter explained that a letter would be required from the <br /> owner of the land on which you are peddling your produce, granting per- <br /> mission to use the sani.tary facilities. <br /> Mr, Gree l i sh requested Mr. Minnerella forward to this Board a letter; <br /> stating h i s procedures in regards to the use of sanitary facilities in the <br /> area of operation and motioned to grant the peddler's permit once this letter <br /> is submitted to the Board, Mr, Wilson seconded. <br /> ROBERT TBRROSI - Pine Tree Place pit location - Mr. McQuaid explained to <br /> the Board that plans were approved for the pit locations however dine to an <br /> inst llation error one pit location was placed within the tern foot setback <br /> requirements (of the state layout., Route 28) <br /> 1r. Gree1ish motioned to allow the pit location as installed, Mr. Wilson <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> WILLIAM BUSS - santuit Woods pert extensions - Mr. McQuaid explained to <br /> the Board that lots were perked, p1ans submitted and approved and in some <br /> cases septic permits were issued ba.s.ed on those 1 a s .and commented on <br /> numerous lots no word has commenced, septic permits are invalid and per; <br /> tests are invalid. her, McQuaid informed the Board that more than seventy <br /> lots are involved. <br /> Mr. Bliss e p1ai ed to the B-oa rd that percolation tests could take <br /> place once the property has been purchased. <br /> Mr. Gree 1 i sh motioned to deny the extension requests, Mr. Wilson <br /> seconded. <br /> A.M.
