Great River. H -stated s i t,.a l most sons that these wells are so <br /> located a s to preclude any sort of development what so ever,- recognizing the <br /> limitations his client has Mr. B+ fa d hays attempted to speak to the owners <br /> about the possible relocation of their- wells and is perfecting willing to <br /> pursue this from an engineering point of view to see if their l l s can be <br /> adequately located at a minimum inconvenience to them and at no expense. <br /> Attorney Janssen stated at a preliminary glance of the date that has been <br /> presented to, us that it is conceiveable that the owner of lot 65 could in <br /> fact relocate his well . <br /> Mr. Greelish explained to Attorney Janssen that a compromise would have <br /> to be reached with the abutters and questioned whether the engineers have <br /> located acceptable well sites. <br /> The engineer, representi g Mr. Baf r , commented that the wells on the <br /> abutting propert i os may be- moved in such a way as to make the lot buildable. <br /> Mr. Greet i h reiterated his. earl i r comments stating that a solution to <br /> this problem would be to work this situation with the abutters and explained <br /> that the distances are so sub-standard that this Board could not possibly <br /> entertain a Variance. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to deny this Variance request, Mr. Wilson seconded. <br /> Being no further busine ss Mr. Gree l i sh motioned to adjourn this meeting ,, <br /> Mr. Wilson seconded. <br /> Respectfully submitted <br /> Veronica Warden, Principal Clerk <br />
