Wilson and Stephen Gree l i sh <br /> THIS TAPE IS NOT A PART OF THE MEETING. IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANS- <br /> CRIBING <br /> RA S-CRIBING MINUTES. <br /> i <br /> Mr. George R. Costa,, Chairman <br /> 1 . Warrants signed <br /> i <br /> 2. M . Costa motioned to accept the minutes of dune 27, 1988, her. Wilson <br /> seconded, all agreed. Mr.* Costa motioned to accept that portion of <br /> June 20, 1988 minutes which contained appointments, Mr. Wilson seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> 3. ) Liti0 ation• Iniowsi vs. Board of Health - Mr. Costa requested Mr. <br /> McQuaid to provide a copy of the litigation to Town Counsel . <br /> . Copy; letter from D.E.- .E. regarding W i I 1 owbend - Mr. McQuaid informed <br /> the Board that -the Boston D.E. .E. forwarded their endorsement for con- <br /> struction to begin on houses with i-ndi id al,, septic plans up to 15,000 <br /> gallons, 'which is appro iiat Zy 200 unitsl.` Mr. McQuaid explained the <br /> southeast region is not aware of this and does not agree with it because <br /> it has been their policy to have the developer put. in an interim septic <br /> system. He stated a person.from BSC has requested an appointment with <br /> this Board to discuss this letter. <br /> Mr. Costa commented their }proposal , while waiting for the sub-regional <br /> plan is the sane interim system as this Board has been granting and <br /> suggested waiting for thein comments. <br /> . Report from BCHED regarding the most recent testing at Summerwood <br /> Ashers. Path - Mr. McQuaid reported to the Board that letters are being <br /> forwarded to the tenants and homeowners of the sites mentioned above <br /> informing thea of these results and stated there has been no significant <br /> change except at the D.P.W. building. Mr. . NucQuaid informed the Board <br /> that these results are not forwarded to this Board but instead to the <br /> Selectmen' s office and this procedure should be changed. <br /> Mr. Gree l i sh commented that -the Government has conducted three surveys, <br /> the results have not bee compiled and are not available to the general <br /> public. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to forward a letter to the Selectment requesting <br /> the Board of Health be forwarded a copy of all water quality and test <br /> results for suspect sites in Mashpee, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. <br />
