He stated they are proposing to move the present <br /> structures back and add on -to both cottages. <br /> - Mr. Greelish stated the system there presently would not be adequate. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated Title regulations state if the dwelling is on a <br /> slab or stilts there is no setback requirements from that type of foun- <br /> ation from the leaching field. <br /> Mr.- Costa stated he would lie the Conservation Commission recommenda- <br /> tions- on <br /> om enda- <br /> tions- on this :request, as well a s , -the location of the abutters we l-1 , <br /> and. septic systems and stated he would like engineering plans submitted <br /> to this, Board. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to continue this Variance request pending onserva- <br /> .tion Commission comments and the submittal of engineering plans to this <br /> Board, Mr. Greelish seconded. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board of an interdepartmental meeting tomorrow <br /> morning. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated he is concerned with the vagueness of the underground <br /> tank regulations in regards to the leakage of underground tanks. <br /> Jr. Costa ,suggested Mr. -creel ish submit written amendments to -the regula- <br /> tions <br /> egula- <br /> tions and the Board could review these at the next - egu l ar l.y scheduled <br /> . meeting. <br /> Be i ng no further bus i ness Mr..
