Mr. McQuaid to view the site and deteminne <br /> whether. the system is failing and auhtorize him to approve or deny <br /> the repair plans sub ited, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. <br /> 15. ) Request for Variance, addition w/o increasing leaching, O'Neil at 4 <br /> Waterline Drive - Mr.. e ua i d stated the plan for the existing system <br /> was provided however no plans for the addition have been submitted. <br /> He stated- there is a Title V system there presently however has no <br /> excess capacity. <br /> Mr, Costa stated with the addition the 'leahing stere should be en- <br /> larged and stated he would like the applicant to supply to this Board <br /> an engineers plan showing the proposed addition, the Board was in <br /> areeanee. <br /> 16. ) Variance request, Simone at 1021.103 Hoopole -Road - lir. <br /> McQuaid stated the VOC test has' been performed with negative 'r;e su l is. <br /> Mr. Costa stated he will abstain from signing the waiver. <br /> Mr. Greeli h motioned to approve the septic plan and issued the building <br /> permit based on the applicant recording the waiver at the registry of <br /> deeds, Mr. Wilson seconded, Mr. Costa abstained. <br /> 17. ) Variance request, 'reloeation and addition to two cottages with <br /> existing septic cy lztpM, a l dauf, Se onsett Island Road - Mr. McQuaid <br />
