Mr. Wilson motioned to accept the minutes of July 1 1 , 1988, Mr. Greelish <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> . Letter, Reardon to Board of Health Chairman regarding Konokowski vs. <br /> Board of Health litigation - The Board of Health acknow1edged receiving <br /> the copy. <br /> . Letter, Attorney Zeida to the Board of Health regarding `a request to <br /> examine public records - Mr. costa stated all information requested <br /> will be provided as instructed by Town Counsel . <br /> . Notice, meeting on 7/25/88 at 7:30 for South cape Advisory Committee <br /> and minutes of 6/30/88 meeting - The Board acknowledged meeting dates <br /> and minutes. <br /> . Copy of letter fro Duncan Woods Associates to Planning Board regarding <br /> water testing reports for subdivisions - Mr, McQuaid informed the Board <br /> that Mr, Fdda I a, d i d req nest of th 1 s Boa rd the mon i for i ng of we 11 s i n certa i n <br /> subdivisions- and explained this letter questions the 'monitoring of wells <br /> owned by Fields Point if-water i s supplied by H i gh o d Water company. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that in speaking with Mr. Find l a he comment- <br /> ed <br /> o ent- <br /> ed the intent of these wells' is not only to examine the water for poten- <br /> tial well use but also to examine the discharge effect on ground water for <br /> the entire town. <br /> The Board agreed that the request by Mr. Fudala for the monitoring of <br /> wells is justified in that all results obtained will be utilized for <br /> future use. <br /> 7. Memo from Executive Secretary to the Board of Health regarding the opera- <br /> tion of Seamist Pools fir, Costa commented an ire-depth investigation <br /> should take place whereas certain procedures and regulations for the pool <br /> area may not be presently enforced. Mr. costa explained that presently <br /> there are no lifguards requirements for semi-private or public facilities <br /> and that perhaps new regulations should be instituted. <br />
