He- commented to the <br /> Board that the use of the word massage parlor should be changed. <br /> Mr. costa informed -Mr. Coronella that he may be issued a license to <br /> operate as a masseuse however he. rust operate out of a licensed facility <br /> in this town. Mr. costa explained to Mr* coronella that the place of busi <br /> ness that he intends to operate from has, not secured a license from this <br /> Board. <br /> M . coronella suggested- to the 'Board that the current regulations <br /> are outdated and commented they should be updated to current standards. <br /> Mr , costa responded that any suggestions submitted in writing to this <br /> Board would be considered in any, updating. of the current regulations, <br /> i <br /> r. Stephen -Ernst, representative of the New 5eab ry massage facility, <br /> presented himself before the Board and stated he did speak with Laura Graves <br /> and the facility will b.e ready.. for inspection shortly, <br /> * Application- for food service and reta i I food permit for the Sandwich <br /> Express 1 . I c ua i&. stated Ms;- Graves- has# inspected the premises <br /> at which time everything was in order with the exception of a few <br /> thermometers, soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser and commented <br /> the business will operate in a newly constructed area. <br /> Mr. costa motioned to grant the Food Service and Retail Food licenses ' <br /> as requested, Mr, Wilson seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4 <br /> 9. ) from Mr. McQuaid to Weston & Sampson regarding a draft report <br /> to D.E* .E. on the lagoon repair proposal - Mr. McQuaid informed the <br /> Board that he did .re-Griew- the draft proposal and due to the timesitua- <br /> tion for a response he could not present this memo to the Board for <br /> recommendations. He stated in reviewing the report he had no additional <br /> comments other than forwarding a list of the town's. licensed haulers <br /> which was requested by O.E. .E. . Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that <br /> Mike Sippone suggested that rather than hare. Adido spend four thousand <br /> dollars, cleaning out two lagoons, one side be cleaned out and the three <br /> beds associated with it on that side so that one side will be operable <br /> and they could work on the other side subsequent to that. <br />
