Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to locate the original contract and present it to this Board for signatures and forward it to thea as soon as possible and any details will be worked out at a later date. 19.) Copy of- agre0ent for homeowners in moratorium areas - Mr. McQuaid presented a Copy of this letter before this Board as requested at the prior mete .
