Ms, Graves stated the water sample taken was from tete Ockway Baer area, MS, Peck suggested the water sample be taken from the Bridge area of Cotuit Bay. Mr, Greelish stated he was notified by abutters net to Ms. Peck's home that the odor emitting from the condomi n i u ,area was sewerage, , not decaying vegatation Mr. costae explained to M , Peck that a water sample will be taken and further investigation will take .p 1 ace b our agents. 1 . Letter from Michael Coronella regarding massage regulations -- Mr. costa stated this Board did requeSt Mr. Coronella to submit rit en recommenda- tions for massage regulations which our a considered in future updating. Mr. McQuaid commented to the Board that the recommendations submitted by Mr. Coronella are agreeable however he suggests the- Board review the re- commendations prior to any updating 22. Meeting announcement for the Mass. Association of -Health Boards on August 24, 1988 - Mr, McQuaid commented to the Board that -he would Ire to attend this meeting. Mr, Greelish informed Mr. McQuaid that he would Bice to attend this meeting. 8. He started the iters will be pre-packaged with the exception of popcorn* Mr. Costa motioned to issue a food service permit to the Interstate Cinemas, Mr. Greelish seconded, all -agreed. 25. ) Plan- septic repair/upgrade from Mr, Dimaggio for Mr, Gordon on 1 18 Wilson's Grove - Mr. Mc udi d informed the Board that the pumping record shows one date, that being in 1987, at which time 500 gallons was removed and commented that this does not constitute a failed system.
