-4- <br /> Board of Health shall set the time and place of such hearing within tai days after receiving <br /> such request. <br /> 18. PENALTIES: <br /> Whoever violates these regulations or hinders any duly authorized person from exercising the <br /> authority conferred hereunder or by Ganeral Law shall be punished by a fine of not more than <br /> one hundred dollars per day per offense or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both <br /> in accordance with Section 53, Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts Cpneral Laws. The penalties <br /> set forth shall be supplerental and in addition to all others established by the Board of <br /> Health, the General Laws, By-Laws or otherwise. <br /> 19. INVALIDATION: <br /> If any section, paragraph, clause or phrase of these regulations is found to be invalid for <br /> any reason whatever, such decision shall not affect the remaining portiond of these regula- <br /> tions which shall remain in full force and effect; to this end the provisions of these re- <br /> gulations; are hereby declared severable. The powers and authorities conferred upon the Board <br /> of Health hereunder are not intended to limit the authority of the Board to act with respect <br /> to the operation of an establishment Hander any other regulation of the Board of Health, the <br /> by-laws of the town of Mashpee or the General Laws. <br /> This regulation snpercedes the previous Board of Health regulation covering Massage Therapists <br /> and Massage Establishments approved and adopted on May 9, 1984. <br /> This regulation shall take effect on the date following publication. <br /> George R.
