TREATMENT OF PERSONS WITH SKIN WW OR DESEASE: <br /> a.No therapist shall treat a person with any skin emotion or desease unless such person has <br /> furnished the therapist a written certificate fron a physician stating that the eruption or <br /> desease is not contagious or transmissable. <br /> b.A therapist may not practice massage at any time that he/she has a rash, boil or open lesion <br /> unless he/she has furnished the Board of Health a certificate from a physician stating that <br /> the condition is not cammnicable. <br /> 9. HMl HASHING: <br /> Every person licensed to give massages shall thoroughly wash his/her hands with soap and hot <br /> water imrediately prior to giving a massage. <br /> 10. HOIkLS OF OPERATION: <br /> No licensed massage establishment as defined herein shall be open for business between the <br /> hours of 11 prn and 8 an unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Mashpee Board <br /> of Health. <br /> 11. DISPLAY OF LICENCES: <br /> Every licensed establishment shall display in a conspicuous location all licenses required <br /> under Section 1 of this Regulation, this includes the license of the establishment and that <br /> of the therapist(s). <br /> 12. No licensed <br /> OF Napa <br /> No liarused therapist or establishment shall operate ruder any other nameotherthat the <br /> one stated on the license issued. <br /> 13. USE DF X-RAY: <br /> ND licensee, therapist or establishment, my operate an X-Ray, fluoroscope or similar equip- <br /> ment or use any radioactive material for any purpose unless already licensed by the Common- <br /> wealth to do so. <br /> 14. PRIVACY: <br /> A client's privacy MUST be respected at all times. The genital areas of clients of both sexes, <br /> as well as the breast area of female clients must be covered at all times. The Board of Health <br /> relies on strict adherence to the code of professional ethics as promulgated by the American <br /> Massage Therapy Association. <br /> 15. G*a OF ADDRESS: <br /> Every licensee, both therapist and establishment, shall notify the Board of Health prior to <br /> any charge of address, hone or business. A new license shall be issued, after applicable <br /> inspection, indicating the foregoing changes without the discretion of the Board of Health. <br /> 16. INSPECTIONS: <br /> Every licensee shall permit the Board of Health or its agents or other town authorities <br /> acting in an official capacity to inspect the establishment and the therapy perfon ed at <br /> any reasonable time. <br /> do17. FEARING IN THE EVENT OF SISPFhSICN OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE: <br /> The Board of Health may suspend or revoke any license for such cause as it deers sufficient. <br /> A person wtose license is suspended or revoked may within ten days of the suspension or revo- <br /> cation request, in writing, a hearing upon the cause(s) of such suspension or revocation.
