Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of September 19, 1988, Mr, costa seconded, all agreed. 3. ) Reminder, Quarterly Report due October 1 , 1988 - fir. McQuaid informed the Board that the reports should contain enforcement of the by-laws, staffing problems , projected large e p n ltures , etc. Mr. Greelish suggested a discussion with this Board and Mr, McQuaid as to the contents of the report. 4. ) BGHED Workshop, October 19, 1988 - Mr. McQuaid explained to the Board that either Ms. Graves or him-self will attend the workshops on a regular basis. . Conference, infectious Waste Disposal ,, November 29 &. 30, 1988 - The Board acknowledged the Conference. . Letter ofapproval for Board of Health arti l for ret Special Town Meeting - The Board acknowledged receiving the letter% of acceptance. . Seminar, Tactics and Strategies for Board, of Health Enforcement - The Board acknowledged the Seminar. 8. Meeting, Southeastern Association of Boards 'of Health Ottober 5, 1988 The Board acknowledged the meeting. 9. Response from Water district on Pesticide & Herbicide Regulation-s - f r. McQuaid stated that he i s. i n the process of re-wording the reg- ulations and will forward to the Water District a copy of the amended regulations for. comment. 10. ) Course, Wrongful Discharge, November 10, 1988 - The Board acknowledged the course offered. 11 . ) Copy of letter from Weston & Sampson to ,Joseph Murphy regarding l.andf i l l services - Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to research what monies were appropriated to this Board for services rendered by We & Sampson.
