MINUTES September 26, 1988 2 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> { 12. Copy, investigation of La.Dakva site Quashnet Valley - Nor. Costa <br /> suggested the Board review the report and discussion i 1 l take place <br /> at the next regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> 13.) Sad lemi re, 22 Cayuga Avenue, request waiver of fee for VOD testing - <br /> .r. McQuaid informed the Board that the res-idents of Cayuga Avenue <br /> have submitted to this Board written complaint regarding the rater <br /> quality of John's Pond. He stated requests for the waiver were re- <br /> ceived <br /> e- <br /> eived by D.E.Q.E. and commented i n. spear i g with Barn tab 1 e County, <br /> they have. agreed to waive the fee if the complaint Is-_- received by <br /> this. Board in writing. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to waive the' fee for VOC testing for lot 22 Cayuga <br /> Avenue, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 14. ) Complaint, 151 - Spoondrift Wary - Ms. Graves informed the Board tht�, <br /> the' owner of 151 Spoondrift Way has discovered that the abutting lots <br /> cesspool is located on his property and is requesting from this Board <br /> tho proper proceed i ng s for the relocation of the abutt i ng .ces spoo 1 : <br /> Mr. Graves informed the Board that Mr. Fnu , owner of lot 151 Spoon-, <br /> drift way, has contacted the owner of the abutting lot, .however no <br /> solutions could be reached. F <br /> Mr, Costa requested Ms. Graves to inform Mr. Fanous that a written <br /> complaint must be received by this Board before any action can be <br /> taken. <br /> 1r. Hendr i c s for Lot 5 -Menemsha Road Ms. Graves reported to <br /> the Board that the system .was 'i-aspected- and -found to 'be in f�ai'lur ..' <br /> Mr. Greet ish motioned to grant the repair as-presented on -plans with <br /> the stipulation a health agent inspect the repo i r before covered, Mr. <br /> Wilson seconded, all agreed. <br /> 17. ) Repair, Hendricks s for lot 6, Menemsha Road - lis. Graves reported to <br /> the Board that the system was inspected and found to be in failure. <br /> Mr. Greelish motion-ed to grant the repair as presented on plans with <br /> the stipulation a health agent inspect the repair before covered, Mr. <br /> Wilson seconded, all agreed. <br />
