MINUTES October 3, 1988 4 BOARD F HEALTH <br /> �- <br /> Mr, tic Qua i d -recommended the Board i repose a stipulation in the approval <br /> • of plains to include the installation of a reserve system as a secondary <br /> leaching facility to each of the multi-unit -buildings and clubhouse and <br /> stated revisions to plans will be required to include relocating the D. Box <br /> to a position where it could be tied into the reserve area acrd .suggested a <br /> time limit be required where if the treatment plants do not go on lire, then <br /> the reserve area will thea be activated. <br /> Mr. Costas motioned to approve. p 1 an s with the stipulation no occupancy <br /> permit shall be issued until such time as the developer submits revised plans <br /> designating 4 secondary leaching facility .and the relocation of the distri- <br /> bution <br /> istri- <br /> butio box to a position where it is accessible to the reserve area. The <br /> developer shall instait the d i tr i'b t i ori box in the revised location and in <br /> the event I .F*Q:E. denies a ground water discharge 'permit installation of 'a <br /> secondary leaching facility sha-11 b required, Mr. reel i ski seconded. <br /> Mr. i c Qura i d. requested Mr. I i rra i ne to provide the Board with any commu- <br /> nication from D.E.Q.E. regarding gallonage for the project. <br /> 11 . Letter from Lincoln D. f ours to Board of Health regarding input to school <br /> curriculum The Board acknowledged receiving the letter. <br /> 12. ) Memo from Joseph Murphy to Board ofHealth regarding well at Town Hall/ <br /> Davis school - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that he will contact Mr. <br /> Scannell to discuss the situation. <br /> 13. ) Copy,, letter from Joseph Reardon to . .B.T. regarding overpayment of <br /> fees - fir. McQuaid informed the Board that he will research the fees <br /> with the Town Accountant for reimbursement. <br /> 14. ) Memo,, E ecuti Secretary to Board of Health regarding denial of request <br /> for legal services - Mr. costa requested Mr. McQuaid to forward a copy <br /> of the denial of the request for legal services to Mr. Bonitatibus, <br /> 15. ) copy of letter from G.Z.A. to D,E. ,E. regarding hazardous waste at <br /> Quashnet Country Club & copy f' Hunter report - Mr. Greeiish stated <br /> D.E. .F. is Mill awaiting -a' response. ori. the .delayed�,.rreports. <br /> The Board was.i n a r eance to await thea ;i n a 1 reports' and recommendations <br /> from D.E. .F. before any action is taken by this Board.- <br /> 16. ) <br /> oard.- <br /> 1 .
