<br /> Board that the pert tests were performed in duly 1985 and were extended
<br /> in July 1987 for one year. He explained that the developer is awaiting
<br /> town water to be supplied by Falmouth,,
<br /> Mr. o ta.motioned to grant a six month rc extension which shall expire
<br /> Apri 1 11 , 1989 for the following lots in the subdivision -Winslow Heights;
<br /> Lots 5,7,92,91 ,90,87,85,85,84#83,82,81 ,80, 102, 101 ,98,95,59,14, 15, 17,18,19,
<br /> 2 ;22,24,75,76,64,58,57,79,52,53,34,35,36 & 42, with the stipulat.ion that
<br /> any further requests for the above mentioned lots i-n the subdivision
<br /> Winslow Heights shall be denied, -Mr. Wi ls,on seconded, all agreed.

<br /> 18.) Variance request, Title V & B.o.H. , D!Agostino,' 34 Central Avenue,
<br /> 5econsett island Nor. Costa stated the Variances requested are from
<br /> the leahing facility to the property line, leaching to well , construc-
<br /> tion in a flood zone, ccnstruct.ion in fi 1.1 10 feet removal of impervious
<br /> material and ,1 eac i ng fac i 1 ity to .pr;operty -line, as well as, a Variance
<br /> from the reserve area* 4.

<br /> Mr. McQuai d informed the Board that a public hearing is required for
<br /> this Variance request and abutters gust be notified.
<br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to notify the engineers of the proper
<br /> procedures for; Variance requests.
<br /> 19. Variance request, B.O.H. regulations, proposed addition without engineer-
<br /> ing plans for Title V system, 310 Paddock way ' udelman - Mr, McQuaid
<br /> informed the Board that rgult i ons state an engineer or registered san i-
<br /> t i a-n roust design plans, this can only be waived if the system is in
<br /> failure.
<br /> Mr. Costa stated due -to. a cnf 1 i ct of interest he w 11 step down from
<br /> this Variance request.
<br /> Mr, Gree l i sh -stated this Board must adhere to regulations and motioned
<br /> to deny .the Variance request, Mr. Wilson secon-ded, all agreed.
<br /> 20. ) Town Accountant's reply to B.o.H. request for reimbursement of overpay-
<br /> ment by B.F.I . - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that the Town Acco,untant
<br /> is unable to reimburse D.F. I . because tickets were purchased in the pre-
<br /> vious fiscal ,year.
<br /> . Mr. Costa requested fir.- i c uaid, to question the Town Accountant as to
<br /> the posyibi1ity.of crediting the company towards future purchases.
<br /> 21 : Review of fee - The Board reviewed the fee {schedu 1-e. _' ..- ..1 _.
<br /> Mr. Gree 1 i s h motioned to reduce the trailer park fee to $10.00 annually,,
<br /> Mr. Wilson seconded all agreed.
