D.E, *E. response to Board of Health inquirer as to White Goods <br /> Policy - Mr. McQuaid informed the hoard that this issue deals <br /> with the possible P.C.B. ' s in white goods. These white goods <br /> should be removed at the landfill site or shipped to one of two <br /> locations in the State, these companies will disassemble the units <br /> and remove the hazardous waste from thea for a fee. <br />
