MINUTES October 31 , 1988 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained to the Board that is the white goods are <br /> disassembled at the landfill then the Town of Mashpee is required <br /> to be licensed as a hazardous waste collector and c mmented that <br /> we would also be required to secure a hazardous waste hauler t <br /> remove the. P.C.B. ' s off site. <br /> Mr, Greelish stated a fee should be charged for the disposal of <br /> white goods at the dump,, <br /> dF <br /> Mr. costa requested Mr. McQuaid to forward a memo to the D.P.W. <br /> Director informing h i that no disassemblement of white goods i <br /> to take place t the landfill . <br /> 9.
