MINUTES No 7, 1988 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that the occupancy pewit w i l I be held <br /> until such -time as the Board makes a determination as to whether the <br /> recent installation of the system would maintain the permit validity. <br /> Mr. Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to research as to whether building <br /> permits have been secured. <br /> 1 . Board of Health fee schedule review for 1989 - Ir. Greelish motioned <br /> o incorporat.e an added septic system inspection f e of $75.00 into <br /> the 1989 fee schedule, Nor. Wilson seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Ellis & Thin in Eng. regarding T-itle v variance hearing for <br /> lot 736 Fells Pond Circle <br /> Mr. Davi-d Thu1in was in attendance for this Title v Variance hearing. <br /> Mr. Tin u l i n stated the owner is proposing an addition to the existing <br /> .building and explained that the existing system will be removed and replaced <br /> with the system shown on plans presented. He informed the Board that the <br /> Variances requested are from the wetlands and property sideline. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that there are no abutters in attendance <br /> for this Variance request. <br /> . Wilson motioned to grant the Variance of 5 feet from the front pro- <br /> perty line and a wetlands Variance of 8 feet, lir. Greelish seconded. <br /> 1r. Thulin presented a written request for a 6 month perc extension <br /> to the Board. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the o .month p rc extension as requested, <br /> 1r. Wilson seconded. <br /> -18, Plans, Dr. i lva' s medical facility, on hold for further review -- Mr. <br /> McQuaid i nform' ed the Board that plans were approved by this Board on <br /> 813/87 and explained on 8/13/87 it. Costas requested in writing that <br /> approval of plans be with held. <br /> Mr. Greelish requested review of plans be contib ued until fir.
