Wilson seconded, all -agreed. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated. once the cards are provided to this office, he will <br /> forward a copy of pians to D.E.Q.E. stating this Boards approval . <br /> { APPOINTMENT: George Lombardo for D'agast i no, 34 seconsett Island Road <br /> 1r. Lombardo was in attendance for this variance request. There were no <br /> abutters in attendance. i <br /> Mr. Lombardo stated he is proposing to install a Title V system with <br /> a 1500 ga tion holding tank however is requesting a 3' Variance {from the <br /> property tine and a t Variance from the Town requirements of 150' from <br /> well 'to leaching area. He stated all abutters have been notified and pre- <br /> sented the return receipt cards to the Board. <br /> Mr. McQuaid voiced his Concern as to the .cl-ose proximity, of .the- proposed sep- <br /> tic system to the ground water elevation. <br /> Mr. Lombardo presented a certified plot pian designating the enact loca- <br /> tions <br /> oca- <br /> tions of the well and leaching areas and the combined lot l oc at-i.on s. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the sideline Variance of ' and theVar- <br /> iance of 48 feet from well to leaching area as required by Town regulations <br /> f 1 o'.,. r',,.' i..l n -seconded, all agreed. <br /> 1 . Proposed cluster subdivision - Essex Realty Trust - The Board reviewed <br /> proposed preliminary plans and upon motion duly rude by Mr. Creel i sh <br /> and seconded by Mr. Wilson voted unanimously to approve said plans - ars <br /> presented. <br /> 14. ) Proposed medical facility, Dr. Silva, cont'd from previous meeting) - <br /> r. Proposed subdivision - Greenbriar Corporation - Mr. McQuaid stated <br /> inadequate plans were submitted, both well and septic locations were <br /> omitted, however a water~ quality report was submitted..
