Costa stated this Board is awaiting the <br /> developer's attendance at a scheduled meeting to explain proposed usage of the <br /> project and requested Mr. McQuaid to contact the developer and schedule an appoint- <br /> ment <br /> ppoint- <br /> ment for the next regularly schedule meeting. <br /> Lot 1 , Route 2 - The Board reviewed plans and upon notion rade by fir. <br /> Costa and seconded by Mr. Greelish voted to approve plans as presented. <br /> Lot Route 2 - The Board reviewed plans and upon motion made by mr. <br /> Costa and seconded by fir, Greelish voted to approve plans as presented. <br /> NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Lot 3 Santuit Lane - Mr. McQuaid explained to the Board that a building <br /> permit, -to g.l ass s in a porch, was issued in 1986, was renewed in 1987 and has <br /> now applied for an additional renewal . Mr. McQuaid commented a cesspool- 10' <br /> from the house currently exists on the lot. <br /> Mr. Creel i sh motioned to deny the request for upgrading of the current <br /> cesspool system and stated the owner is required to install a Title V system, <br /> Mr. Costa, seconded. <br /> Lot 36 Fiddler crab Road Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that the owner <br /> does propose an additional bathroom however the number of bedrooms will remain <br /> the same. He commented that there currently eists a 1 , 0 gallon tank with <br /> cesspool overflow and was installed in 1967. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to approve plans as submitted,, Nor costa seconded. <br /> F <br /> e <br />
