Military Res. , et al re: Responsibility <br /> of -supplying bottl d water - The Board acknowledged receiving t-he letter. <br /> . Memo from T. Fudala to B.O.H. re: Lack of funds for septic inspections <br /> Mr. Costa informed the' Board that 'the Sewer commission has received a verbal <br /> authorization from the Selectmen for Keston & Sampson to take the necessary <br /> water samples and commented it is essential these samples are taken prxior <br /> to January Special Town Meeting, Mr.- Costa explained that presently there <br /> 40 are .no funds available for -the water analysis and requested Mr. McQuaid <br /> to research the cost. <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained -to the Board that he did speak with Barnstable county <br /> regarding the possible scheduling of these wells and was informed the first <br /> round of testing could not take place until the riddle of January. Mr. <br /> McQuaid seated he did speak with Mr. Sipione, who is willing to meet with <br /> Barnstable county to perform the site investigation -to locate the wells. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that questions have been raised as to whether <br /> BCHED has -the tests available .to analyze phosphorous ,a nitrogen n dissolved <br /> oxygen. Mr. McQuaid suggested the Board forward a memo to the Selectmen <br /> --curagirig them to appropriate extra funds for this purpose. <br /> The Board was in •a reeance and requested a review of the letter prior t <br /> Mr. McQuaid's submittal . <br />
