Letter from D.E. .E. re: Waste oil disposal - Mr. Greelish requested <br /> Mr. McQuaid to forward a memo to Mr. Virgilio requesting the current <br /> status of the D.E. .E. E.P. . number lie has applied for.. <br /> 8. Copy of article from M. Scally to B.O.H.- Mr, ivai-d informed Mr. Greelish <br /> that securing a occupancy permit for a home previously owned is net re- <br /> quired. <br /> Mr. Oreelish stated he would like to research this further. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Chief Ridgeway - U.S.T. Regulations & Hazardous Waste Coordinator <br /> Chief Ridgeway was in ;attendance for this scheduled app intment. <br /> The Board discussed with Chief Ridgeway the importance of cooperation <br /> between himself and this Beard in regards to hazardous waste burial within <br /> the town. <br /> Chief Ridgeway reviewed with the Board the prior complaint- of discarded <br /> barrels on property owned by lir. Bingham on Route 130 and requested copies of <br /> the entire file. Chief Ridgeway requested the Board of Health' s assistance in <br /> regards to this lot and stated he would forward a follow-up letter -to D.E. .E. . <br /> Chief Ridgeway suggested all complaints regarding hazardous waste be <br /> directed to a specific location and direct a specific phone number for such <br /> complaints. <br /> The Board was in agreean e, Mr. Costa stated this will be researched once <br /> the Assistant Health Agent position has been filled. <br /> P <br /> r <br /> y <br /> 1r. Murphy & E* Virgilio to B.0.H. re: Recommendations for <br /> Transfer station - Mr. Greelish requested a memo be forwardedto the <br /> Selectmen requesting their attendance at a scheduled meeting, to be <br /> held at this location , to discuss Transfer Station operating costs. <br /> The Board was in agreeance. <br /> 10. Plan for new restaurant at Mashpee Commons - Mr. McQuaid informed the <br /> Board the proposed grease trap will hold 3,000 gallons. <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to inform the applicants that proposed <br /> plans shall incorporate grease traps in compliance with Board of Health <br /> lie reg u l at i oris{ and shall provide the Board with a contract for a hauler. <br />
