MINUTES January 11 , 1990 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> motioned to authorize research and funding for this operation,, r. <br /> Greelish seconded, all agreed. Various fees for landfill stickers <br /> from surrounding towns. Mr. Costa requested Mr. M e uaid to call D.P.U. <br /> for the rate structure of commercial and residential haulers. <br /> . Letter from Bay Colony Railroad re: Credit terms - The Board acknowl- <br /> edged <br /> edged receiving the letter. <br /> . Proposed V.N.A. budget for conditional a ppro gra i - Mr. McQuaid explained <br /> due to the decline in the growth rate the V.N.A. has submitted a proposal <br /> in the amount of $17,000.00 which is $2,200.00 Iess than last years budget. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the budget proposal, as presented condi- <br /> tional upon Annual Town Meeting appro al , . Mr. Greelish seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 8. ) "Welcome" luncheon - January 17, 1990 - The Board -acknowledged receiving <br /> the memo. <br /> . Variance request, 14 Elisabeth Island Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed he has <br /> .erifled High Wood connections to all abutting lots with one exception , <br /> as delineated on plans. Mr. McQuaid stated the owner is requesting a <br /> variance of 481 from owners septic to abutting well . The owner is pro- <br /> posing an addition which requires the system be upgraded to Title if. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the 481 variance from owners septic- to <br /> abutting well as requested, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 1 . Variance request -- 3 Dight Circle - Mr. McQuaid explained a s i de l-i,ne <br /> variance is req uested'a nd would require a Title V hearing however as the <br /> sideline faces to the street and all abutting lots are connected to High <br /> Wood Water would not recommend the full hearing. The Conservation <br /> Commission has verified wetlands delineation. <br /> Mr. Gree 1 i h motioned to waive the public hearing requirements,, Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed* <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the sideline variance as requested, fir. <br /> Doherty seconded,T a l l agreed. . <br /> d <br /> 11 .
